Where do I park?

There is all day free parking located directly behind the salon, across from the cheesecake shop. Be sure to park on the dirt for all day parking.

Do I need to arrive early?

It is best to arrive at least 10 min prior to your appointment.

How do I pay?

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash & Afterpay payments.

Do I need to book in advance?

It is recommended you book in advance to avoid missing out on your needed time/date.

What is your cancelation policy?

Last minute cancellations and no-shows’ disadvantage both our business and other clients. Our expert therapists dedicate their time specifically to look after you.

A 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

We will send you a confirmation text 48hrs prior to your appointment. We understand that sometimes you may need to change/cancel your booking – we kindly request 24hrs notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as sufficient notice, as we will not have enough time to rebook your time slot.

If you do not wish to pay a booking fee you are more than welcome to try your luck on the day, with whichever therapist is available – but please know that we are unable to allocate a specific therapist or time slot for you in advance. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and we will continue to try to keep things fair for all of our clients.
